These options are available within 120 days of the original purchase date.

How to Reassign Unused Links

If an application link has been sent to the wrong candidate or email address, you can easily reassign it to another recipient without incurring additional charges. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Background Reports tab on your account.

  2. Locate the specific order for the application link you wish to reassign.

  3. Within the row for that order, click the three dots under the Actions column.

  4. From the dropdown menu, select Resend or update email.

  5. Enter the new recipient’s email address and click Update & Send Email.

Once completed, the original link will be disabled, and a new one will be sent to the updated email address.

Refund Policy for Unused Links

Unused application links can also be canceled, and a refund may be issued. Similar to reassignment, this option is only available within 120 days of purchase. To request a refund:

  1. Identify the application link you intend to cancel.

  2. Contact customer support to request the cancellation.
