To place an order, we only need your applicant's email address and a US-issued credit card.

If your order contains an employment verification and you are a private company, we will require certain business documentation to be uploaded during checkout.

Supporting documents can include 1 of the following:

  • State or County business license;

  • Trade name registration or DBA;

  • Articles of incorporation or partnership agreement;

  • Certificate of good standing;

  • Sales & use tax permit or exempt certificate.

No more printing forms and disclosures for your applicant to sign and fill out.
