Drug tests (5, 9, & 10 panel) typically turnaround within 1-2 days of specimen collection.

  • Certain conditions will result in delays:

    • Increased specimen collection at the lab, generating a backlog

    • Holidays

    • Potential positives

In the event of potential positives, your candidate will receive a notification to discuss results prior to the Medical Review Officer releasing results to ClearChecks. Your candidate is provided a MRO document with their sample details and a phone number to call to clarify any information with the MRO. It is imperative your candidate call the MRO timely in order for ClearChecks to receive the results and deliver to you.

      • Please note ClearChecks cannot provide preliminary results as we do not have them until they are signed and delivered to us by the Medical Review Officer.
