Make sure the entire front of the license is in the frame...nothing else! No papers, pens, keyboards, just the license.

Minimize the amount of background visible and pick a neutral background like a piece of typing paper.

Make sure all the info is legible (in focus, no glare)

Try taking a new photo to upload. Uploading the same photo over again will result in the same outcome.
