To place an order, all we need is your applicant's email address and a US issued credit card.
If your order contains an employment verification and you are a private company, we will require certain business documentation to be uploaded during checkout.
Supporting documents can include 1 of the following:
- a) State or County business license;
- b) Trade name registration or DBA;
- c) Articles of incorporation or partnership agreement;
- d) Certificate of good standing;
- e) Sales & use tax permit or exempt certificate.
No more printing forms and disclosures for your applicant to sign and fill out.
