Once your candidate fills out the initial forms for the background check, they receive a 2nd email from us within a few minutes with their registration number (LabCorp) or QPassport (Quest), locations to visit, and instructions. They do not need to make an appointment unless they want to. Depending if they were registered at LabCorp or Quest, they may visit any lab using the link below and provided in their email. The results then synch with their report in your account when complete.
Your applicant will be pre-registered with Name, DOB, & SSN. The applicant must have either a Registration ID or QPassport and bring a valid ID when checking in to the lab.
